❓ Frequently asked questions
+What is Drulli?
Drulli helps you find bars and restaurants by vibe — lobster, hookah, margaritas, live music, rooftop and more — instead of scrolling endless generic listings. Search a dish, a drink, or a mood and we surface the spots that actually match, with menus, photos and live clips.
+How does search work?
One search box covers venue names, neighborhoods, cuisines, menu items and vibe tags, with synonym matching (say 'marg' and you'll get margaritas). Tap a result to see exactly why it matched.
+How do live vibes work?
Anyone at a venue can post a short clip shot live from their camera while inside the 100m geofence. Stories vanish after 24 hours, reels after 14 days, and every clip is checked by AI moderation before it goes live — so what you see is what the room actually feels like right now.
+Where do the menus come from?
Menus come from verified venue owners, admin imports and AI menu discovery from official sources. AI-extracted menus are scored for quality: confident results publish instantly, anything ambiguous is held for human review before you ever see it.
+What do I get for adding dish photos?
Dish photos are the heart of Drulli. Upload a plate and our AI names the dish and links it to the venue's menu. Contributions earn scout badges as you hit milestones, and top scouts unlock perks. Your photos show under your handle, not your email.
+What are the photo rules?
Clear shots of real food and drinks you were served, nothing blurry, offensive or lifted from the internet. Full rules live on the Community Photo Rules page.
+I manage a venue — how do I claim my listing?
Open your venue, tap 'Claim This Venue' and pick a verification path: a business email on your venue's domain or a phone PIN to your listed number approve instantly, while a business document, Google Business Profile link or official social handle goes to our review queue. Once approved you can publish menus, upload official photos and post event flyers.
+What does a verified owner get?
Instant menu publishing without admin approval, official photo uploads, a verified badge on your listing, and three free event flyer credits to promote what's happening at your spot.
+How do I report a photo or listing?
Open the photo full-screen and tap Report, or use the report action on the venue. Reports land in our moderation queue and are reviewed by a human.
